FLEX FS1105 vs FS1106: Which Drawer Layout Fits Your Tools?
Choose FS1105 for three separate drawers. Consider FS1106 when a taller tool needs its oversized lower drawer. Both have the same published exterior dimensions and 70 lb capacity; the extra drawer does not mean a larger box.

FLEX lists exterior measurements in the sequence shown. The 70 lb figure describes the unit, not each drawer; do not divide it by the drawer count to infer a drawer limit.
Choose by the tools you reach for.
- Group the tools you use together. If you want three separate levels for shallow tools and accessories, start with FS1105.
- Measure the tallest item with its battery attached. If a shallow drawer is the problem, investigate FS1106's lower drawer. “Oversized” does not establish that your drill or saw will fit.
- Check the loaded stack and the opening space. Both units use front drawers; leave room to pull them out and confirm the support or base for your configuration.
- Compare the actual Amazon package. Find the exact model in the catalog, then check the model number, condition, seller and included components on Amazon. A drawer unit and a complete rolling kit are different purchases.
Drawer clearance to confirm.
The current FLEX product pages include an interior-dimensions field, but do not clearly label the axes and usable space of each drawer. FS1106's field also repeats two exterior values. We leave those numbers out of tool-fit calculations until their scope is clarified. Ask FLEX for the usable width, depth, height and opening of the particular drawer you need.
